I actually got accepted to the University of the Arts there, kaya lang late na sila nagnotify that I got accepted. I have never heard of the school before but they are among the handful of universities that offer a masters in museum eductaion. It turns out that their museum studies program is among the earliest established in the US- they just celebrated their centennial! Saka panalo yung treatment nila sa Fulbrighters doon. Yung isang Fulbrghter from Indonesia who is taking museum communication, got a free one-bedroom apartment right smack in the middle of downtown and a macbook! Winner di ba? I met at the AAM conference the admission officer of the uni and she said "you didn't come to our school" hahaha. Naalala pa niya ako.
But I don't regret going to UF kasi we are well taken cared of here and madami ring advantages and privileges. You should check out Uarts' website. Nakasulat doon na may fellowships and assistanships available:
